The ad has a simple, yet beautifully executed focus on the stylish new handset which showcases some of Huawei’s latest technology and introduces ‘a new era of smart phone.'
Mill+ Director, Kwok Fung Lam comments, 'The Huawei Mate 9 project was a pretty huge undertaking for everyone involved. We collaborated closely with Huawei to come up with the creative to showcase the product's new features.
The idea covered many points of the device's cutting edge features. For every part of the film we sought out the best creative way to show off each aspect of the device.
Some sections utilized a one shot take with a motion control rig to showcase the new phone's super fast and responsive UI and hardware in use, as well as other key features. This, combined with great looking animated graphics, saw the whole team at the Mill really pushed the quality of the live action and CG visuals.'
