The Mill, Wieden+Kennedy (Portland) and Director Steve Rogers of Biscuit Filmworks have teamed up once again to create the campaign for Old Spice Dirt Destroyer. The spot chronicles Denver Broncos linebacker Von Miller’s dedication to take ‘The Road’ less traveled and pave his own path – and he’ll quite literally do whatever it takes to get there.
Artists at The Mill added realistic enhancements to bring the spot together, from vehicle adjustments to creating parts of ‘The Road’ itself (not that we doubt Miller’s intentions to build it himself!)
The team worked within an efficient, two-week time frame to deliver the campaign, which also includes the hilarious ‘Be Harder’. 3D Lead Artist Dan Warom says, “The campaign was indicative of close collaboration between The Mill’s 2D and 3D teams. It wouldn’t have been possible to achieve the final product in a quick turnaround time without a constant flow of dialogue, allowing everyone to brainstorm and come up with a solution.”
