John Lewis 'Never Knowingly Undersold' has been a promise that that was first made in 1925 and in their latest ad we see two worlds collide and prove that what's really important in life never changes.
Created by adam&eveDDB, produced by Rattling Stick and directed by our long term pal Ringan Ledwidge, the commercial is the story of two people falling in love.
On the left side of the screen we see the girl's side of the story. Shelives in 1925, the year that John Lewis made its lifelong commitment to be Never Knowingly Undersold. On the right side of the screen we see the guy's side of the story. He lives in the present day.
