The spot demonstrates the power of those that donate or lend time, and how it helps the bigger cause -- alone, they are just a thread, but together the many threads create something new, comforting, and substantial. Like the iconic blanket that is synonymous with the American Red Cross brand.
The 3D team created the threads that weaves the blanket in the spot together. Each thread was made of hundreds of strands and fibers to give the blanket the macro detail needed. The spot features an actual volunteer, and a recent American Red Cross client in need.
The Mill+ team gave the powerful photograph seen at the end dimension and dynamic movement. In an elegant and appealing way, the spot comes together by staying faithful to the moment.
