In the latest of the World Cup themed ads, this time for Adidas, we see each of the aforementioned players unlocking their expert talents in a virtual world. The spot, directed by Niall O'Brien out of A+ has a quiet intensity giving the ad and in-turn the brand a sense of gravitas.

Mill colourist Seamus O'Kane added to this sense of intensity in the grade, he comments "With this spot the essence of the grade was to provide a cinematic background within which to embed the animation and archive a unified and seamless transition between the images.
With the photographic emphasis shifting from captivating wide landscapes to the intimate close up of the players Niall had given an understated dramatic feel to the spot which the grade sought to compliment. "
