The Mill teamed up with The Martin Agency and Director Harold Einstein of Dummy to deliver a true western aesthetic in Geico ‘Buckle Up’. The piece, complete with a larger-than-life belt buckle enhanced by The Mill’s VFX Artists, sees a cowboy reaping all the benefits Geico insurance has to offer— and he’s got the accessory to prove it.
The spot was finished with a warm grade by Colourist Gregory Reese who comments, “This piece was particularly fun; it was great to lean into a vintage, dusty feel for the grade, and I always enjoy working with Harold — he’s a legend. There’s nothing he does that isn’t funny, and this spot was no exception.”
