The ad features a number of adorable children carefree and at play. Moving swiftly from one colourful and dynamic fantasy world to another, the children adopt new and exciting roles from a police officer to a fairy to a space traveler.
The ad focuses on the imagination of the young whilst at play and the carefree attitude adults soon lose with age. With this, Clydesdale Bank proposes the idea that their customers don’t have to worry about money as they will take care of that for them, leaving them free to be ‘all you can be.'
Mill Head Colourist, Seamus O’Kane explains, 'This beautifully detailed film instantly pulls us into the imagination of children at play. Each scenario unfurls the complex and intricate structure of a child's imagination and the delights to be had therein.
Director of Photography, Bruno Delbonnel, lit each scene with a cinematic exuberance that produced a deeply structured and intense base to work upon. That, coupled with intricate post work from Tom Sparks, weaves a deeply textured, complex world which complements the subtle interplay of the actors. Director Chris Palmer was keen to maintain this balance so that nothing overwhelmed the performance but still allowed the visual joy to be felt. This was a lovely piece to be involved with.'
