The ad, directed by Martin Werner out of Academy, is accompanied by the the caption 'You need to see it to believe it', along with a montage of football fans stopping their mundane activities in disbelief as they watch the match unfold on their smartphones.
Mill colourist Seamus O'Kane said, "Director Martin Werner brings both a studied intensity and humour to this mix of actual match footage and location shoot with a script inspired by the high scoring Liverpool Arsenal match of last season. The edge of the seat anticipation of each supporter is beautifully captured in a vivid cinematic palette, whilst the gritty drama of the real match has been coaxed into a complimentary stylistic expression of the football genre."
He added, "It was a great job to both grade and to work with such complete footage and the result is an eye catching spot that celebrates how the "ordinary" can be transformed by the shared emotional response."
