The Mill worked with AMV and Director Clay Weiner at Biscuit to create this humourous pair of ads for Maltesers' latest campaign 'Look on the Light Side’.
The spots each present a comedic situation in true Malteaser tongue in cheek fashion. The first spot sees a lovers tiff play out, with the woman artfully teasing her potential love interest with a Malteser, only to deny him the pleasure of actually tasting it after she saw him kissing another girl.
She’s not hurt however, as she knows she’s still got the pleasure of the Maltesers to herself, nodding to the end line ‘Look on the Light Side’.
The second shows a friend artfully trying to explain what happened during her dog’s unfortunate trip to the vet.
The light-hearted stories were also brought to life in the grade by Mill Colourist Seamus O’Kane who kept the tones light and bright, to ensure the viewer could relate to the real life situations on display.
