The Mill worked with Director Lucie Beecham at Biscuit Filmworks to create this promotional film for Made in Chelsea star Rosie Fortescue’s recently launched jewellery collection.
The spot revolves around the idea of a high tea, in which the jewellery features as the most delectable item on the menu. Delicate jewellery in feminine colours are featured alongside sugary sweets, and even Rosie’s pet dog Noodle gets in on the action, modeling some of Rosie’s necklaces.
Colourist Brendan Buckingham says, “It was a pleasure to work with Director Lucie and Director of Photography Andreas on this project. They gave fantastic direction whilst being open to what I thought would benefit the look. I was really excited to do a bright, pastel grade which is something that I don’t normally work with and it was hugely rewarding to work on maintaining the delicious look of the sweets and the jewellery. We kept the skin tones warm and the overall atmosphere of the piece light and playful.”
