The video opens on a shot of a girl who is clearly heartbroken and mourning the loss of her love but the film gradually develops to become uplifting and hopeful, following the protagonist as she dances her way through the city.
Colourist Oisin O’Driscoll says, “I worked with Director Ozzie Pullin and Director of Photography Paul Özgürto to achieve a variety of looks that flowed seamlessly yet had the distinctive character of the different times of day at which it was shot. We started by achieving the warm day look, which we made saturated and warm with a slight tone of blue in the shadows to bring consistency between it and the dusk scenes. We pushed the twilight hour look to a deep blue-purple to keep some of the warmth, which created a bridge between the day and night scenes.”
