Leo Burnett worked with Director Fin McGough at Knucklehead and The Mill to create this spot for the Co-operative Bank. A Tanzanian Masai Mara warrier tells us about the good that the Co-operative Bank does through the charities it helps; be that in his homeland giving his village water, or in the UK, protecting woodlands and helping hospices. Beautiful Tanzanian scenery and narration from the village elder provides a backdrop as he jumps between Tanzania and the UK.

Shoot Supervisor and Lead 2D artist Ben turner says, "The Co-operative job used VFX to bring a Masai Mara warrior from a remote town in Tanzania into an English countryside deliver a strong message of support that the Co-operative bank is giving to various charities, including supporting his local village.
We stressed early on that the key to making this work as a seamless effect was to make sure we matched the lighting conditions on both locations as faithfully as possible.
We worked closely with Finn from Knucklehead, to ensure that he had the freedom he needed to create a shot that felt as natural as possible. We needed to match the lighting and camera move of the plate we shot in the UK to the plates we shot in Tanzania. Jim Jolliffe (DOP) did a fantastic job in recreating the lighting we needed to make this effect work, and the shot went together with very little effort in post, which is exactly how it should be."
