He spritzes each and every glass of Southern Comfort in style, while showing off his killer dance moves and flirting with the crowd. 2D lead artist Jade Kim explains The Mill team's work that went into this fun project: "Southern Comfort spots are always loaded with brilliantly quirky imagery. For a piece this powerful straight out of the camera, there are a lot of little details to take in. It was important to draw the eye into the right place in each shot by accentuating some parts, such as the amount of sparkling bubbles in each tumbler, and dimming down others.
"The iconic 'Whatever's Comfortable' flag was created to have a photo-real look with a slightly exaggerated animation, in continuation of the last round of Southern Comfort spots. I love the humor of a tiny little flag billowing heroically. It was great fun exploring a wide range of style and animation, and the final result adds to the fun bizzaro aesthetics but are also quite intriguing and charming on their own."
Who better than Stephen and his rock-star moves to embody the Southern Comfort mantra, "If you can't be comfortable with yourself, how can you expect to make anyone else comfortable?"
