The Mill collaborated with BBH and director Guy Manwaring out of Sonny London on the latest campaign for Virgin Media, which features Doctor Who star David Tennant and Virgin mogul Richard Branson.

The spot focuses on the new Big Kahuna Bundle and begins with Tennant cramped inside a miniature car talking about slow and unreliable broadband. With just the press of a button the slow automobile turns into a fast racing car displaying the difference between Virgin Media and their competitor's services.
Noting how fast the super optic broadband is, a whole household is tacked onto the back of the sports car with no change in speed. The car then morphs into a red bus where the bundle services are features, before we see a sportily clad Richard Branson on roller blades trailing behind the bus!
Lead 2D Artist Pete Rypstra comments, "From start to finish it was great to work with Sonny London and the BBH crew on this challenging project. Almost every shot across both edits required VFX work from The Mill. Shot in 4 locations across Vancouver and London, extensive 2D compositing was needed to put the various studio and road plates together. It's witty and fun and we're really proud of what we've achieved!"
