Barton F Graf together with Ringan Ledwidge and The Mill teamed up on 'Leprechaun' the latest spot for Tomcat mouse-killing bait. It is a tale of greed, temptation and death. Well, mostly death…In a ridiculous and absurd way Tomcat demonstrates how effective they are at taking care of unwanted pests through a dead mouse theater, a play about a dead mouse leprechaun accusing another of stealing its gold.
The Mill 2D team led by Chris Sonia and Keith Sullivan worked on the logo and title on the red curtain, making the title seamlessly look like a spotlight projected onto it. The mouse in the red sweater was originally shot without his head sticking out of the car window. It was later added and colored in-house by Fergus McCall and Mikey Rossiter.
The spot was engineered to humorously kill you!
