The Cosmopolitan Hotel invites you into its glamorous world with "Twilite Speedball," the newest spot in the "Just the Right Amount of Wrong" campaign. Fallon Agency, "Leaving Las Vegas" writer and director Mike Figgis and The Mill created a spot that inconspicuously exudes all things naughty, yet nice about Vegas.
The heavy beat of Mos Def's 'Twilite Speedball' underlines the decadent images of milk maids, dancing ladies and a provocative game of chess that appear throughout the spot. The Mill's creative team was brought on board to create the graphical and unending look of the backgrounds and mirrors. 2D lead artist Richard Lyons explains "We really enjoyed bouncing ideas back and forth with the Fallon team on a project that was so young, enthusiastic, and had few boundaries! We were careful to ensure that the final spot had the right balance of taste and a bit of the risqué, while keeping it entirely quirky."
