'Jet Ski' was achieved by rigging the Jet Ski on a hoist with 4 substantial supports on each corner of the machine. Due to the up and down movement of the Jet Ski, and the fact that the rigs crossed back and forth over the background, it was necessary to shoot an approximate move of the background without the Jet Ski in place and stabilize and re-track it to align it to the hero plate. Because of the rig removal, and the fact that the ocean waves would never sync up with the hero plate, the team ended up having to replace the entire background and meticulous roto was required to marry the two plates together.
The final Old Spice pack shots were recreated and enhanced - work that included replacing all of the labels and adding suds to the packs as well as additional lighting and shadow work.
In the end the Zen strength of Greg Jennings not only inspires, but also offers a solution for those that perspire.
