With 2017 well-under way, The Mill's London Studio says hello to a month of health and wellness activities and workshops to ensure we start as we mean to go on.

With a jam-packed schedule, kicking-off from today, Windmill Street will welcome a host of activities and talks that are set to get the blood pumping and minds refreshed for the year ahead.

The Mill's very ownBethaney Phillips will host her Beth’s Bootcamp on Tuesdays, starting at 7.30am. These hour-intensive fitness sessions will have people trying their hand at Circuits, Padwork, HIIT and Functional Training, getting the day started on a strong foot both mentally and physically. 

After getting active, people are then invited to get informed with a whole range of talks. Expect to find Molly Greenwood giving a mindfulness talk on Tuesday 17th of January, and join again on the following Tuesday 24th for the powerful Allen Carr’sEasy Way to Stop Smoking talk with Colleen Dwyer

Wrapping up each week will be exclusive fitness sessions from FRAME London, sharing the art of Yin Yoga Practice and an alternative Bend It Like Barbie stretch session.

And finally, the Mill's Wellness Month will draw to a close with an eat-clean pop-up from Rebel Kitchen, who will be on hand from 12pm-6pm in the Loft on Thursday 2nd of February.
